How do I?

A How Do I Workshop is a 1-1 help session.  You come along to the session usually with your device and one of SeniorNet Kāpiti tutors will give you individual help to resolve the issue.

They are held, usually twice a month on different days of the week and vary between morning and afternoon sessions so you can find a session that suits you.

The cost is based on the time spent helping you and is capped at a maximum of $5 per hour. 

We are open for 2hrs and there’s no need to enrol or to come right at the beginning in case a queue might develop…but don’t be too late either – we need time to help you!

Please bring your device(s) with you and make sure they are charged.  If you want help with any software that requires passwords please bring them with you.
